What SvanetiGo is

SvanetiGo connects you with independent local drivers, guides and couriers in Svaneti. We arrange the booking; the journey itself is carried out by the provider, who is responsible for the vehicle, their licences and the driving.

Prices and payment

The price is shown in full before you confirm, and it does not change afterwards — there is no haggling and no surprise at the end. You pay the driver in cash on completion unless the app says otherwise. SvanetiGo takes a 15% service fee from the provider, not from you.

Cancelling

You can cancel a ride free of charge until the driver has set off to collect you. After that, please call them — someone may already be an hour down a mountain road on your behalf.

Using the service properly

Treat drivers and other users with respect. Do not use the app for anything unlawful, do not send prohibited items by courier, and give accurate pick-up details. We may suspend an account that abuses the service.

Providers

Drivers, guides and couriers work for themselves, not for SvanetiGo. They are responsible for their own licences, insurance, vehicle condition and taxes. Accepting a job is a commitment to carry it out.

Limits

Mountain travel depends on weather and road conditions, which nobody controls. We do our best to keep the service running but cannot guarantee a driver is always available. Where the law allows, our liability is limited to the price of the booking concerned.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Georgia. If something goes wrong, please contact us first — most things are quicker to fix than to argue about.
